Dosage: Kissel: 225 g powder + 9 dl water = 1 L kissel. Soup: 150 g powder + 9 dl water = 1 L soup.

1.8 kg 8 liters of kissel or 12 liters of soup.

Preparation: Add the ingredients to the water in a steady stream. Continue stirring until the mixture is smooth. Allow the kissel/soup to set in a cool place for at least 30 minutes to allow the starch to swell. Stir the kissel/soup until smooth and serve.
